Availability
Our stock balance is based on the volume we produce. Since we work with live plants, unfortunately sometimes we are forced to discard products when they are not of satisfactory quality. In cases where we cannot deliver the product you ordered, you have the opportunity to receive a replacement product of at least the same value as the ordered product. If you prefer to refrain, you will of course receive a refund of the money already paid when placing the order. We never exchange any product without the customer's approval.
Prices
All prices are including VAT 25%. We reserve the right to price changes due to unforeseen circumstances, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Delivery
We only send seeds and tubers - no live plants are sent by mail! You as a customer pick up your plant at a location selected at checkout on the specified date. Uncollected orders will be charged.
For best quality, your plants are stored and cared for in climate-adapted greenhouses until it is time for delivery.
The plants are started in heated greenhouses at the end of January and are hardened off starting in April and can stand outside frost-free. .
The plants must be picked up on the dates specified and you choose when you check out at checkout.
If you cannot pick up at the agreed time, please contact us at least 48 hours before pick-up.

KLARNA CHECKOUT
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout shows you the payment options that can be offered to you. Whichever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners handles the payment transaction while the actual purchase of the goods or services is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be directed directly to the store.
Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.
Customers who have paid in advance have priority if deficiencies, as a result of quality problems, should arise.
STRIPE CARD PAYMENT Stripe offers payment with most cards and the payment is deducted directly from the card.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw your order until the date your order is delivered
Right of withdrawal after the date of pickup does not apply, according to the Distance and Home Sales Act 2005:59 11§ Point 4, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods such as bulbs, tubers, plants and roots.
Complaints, claims and returns
You of course have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. Any errors and defects should always be reported to [email protected] where you state your name, address, email address, order number and a description and pictures of the defect. No complaints where the product has already been thrown away can be accepted. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. Virus complaints must be reported no later than 2 weeks after the plant is delivered, after which infection may have occurred elsewhere and virus complaints are therefore no longer accepted.
Plant material that has been planted in a pot cannot generally be reported due to the special conditions required to succeed.
We do not issue returns against cash on delivery.

We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product. We do not accept any liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions.

Shipping Company (applicable to seeds and tubers only)
